Hi, I’m Stella Beauchamp

A Massage Therapist, Clinical Herbalist, Homesteader, Entrepreneur and freak of nature dedicated to helping you grow your vitality.

As a Massage Therapist

I blend my background in Herbalism, yoga, and passion for health into a wholistic intuitive approach to working with my client’s individual needs. Each body is unique, which is why I allow your body to be my roadmap. During each session I tailor my work to focus on the present needs of your body. Looking at the body as a whole system, I find the roots of your tension and hold a safe space for emotional release, trauma processing, and soulful reflection of what it means to thrive in your body in this moment.

My massage style is a blend of Thai, structural integration, and deep tissue. During Thai Massage sessions I use heated packs of traditional Thai herbs to soften tissues and relax muscles. I use gentle stretching to open the body’s energy lines and release tension. Thai Massage is a matrilineal art, passed down through thousands of women for thousands of years. It was the primary health care, midwifery care, and eldercare. The energy of Thai massage creates a container with safe mothering arms. My training at Spirit Winds instilled this Feminine essence evermore with meditations of the Divine Light Invocation and creation of a sacred container in which each massage is done. Thai Massage carries the tradition of Wai Kru, this is a prayer to the Buddah (higher power, ONE, divine, love), a prayer to our Ancestors, Teachers and Elders, and lastly, to Metta (love, kindness, great friendliness). It is with this prayer that I begin and end each session, maintaining a sacred portal of inner vision and self realization.

My Structural Integration work is the leading edge of my evolution as a massage therapist. I received my first Rolf 10 series in the winter of 2020. Before my practitioner and I even had our intake, the energy in the room had pulled me in to a depth that had volume and reverence. From that moment on I have been pulled ever deeper into the thick, intertwined world of connection, relationship, and differentiation within what we call the human body. I’ve always believed in magic, but I never knew how mysterious and intricate the magic of the human body is. The only thing I know for sure is that I’ll never know everything, but that fact is what I surrender into; sliding further down my path of discovery within my own body, its capabilities, limits, and wonders. To me, Ida Rolf (the creator of the 10 series), is a hero. She combined her knowledge, felt sense, research and experimentation into what is now the 10 series. To be Rolfed…. is a process, with a beginning, a middle and an end. It is a voyage through the lands within, the emotional, memory, reptilian, nervous system hard drive that is our human experience. Through fascia, the snags and knots are explored and equilibrium is redefined as our felt sense adapts to a life lived upright, held, grounded, understood, and levitated.

As a Clinical Vitalist Herbalist,

I am trained in the Ancient traditions of Unani Tibb medicine, which roots back to ancient Greek medicine based on the teachings of Greek physicians, Hippocrates and Galen. My education was centered on the belief that we humans possess a force of life within us that waxes and wanes respectively to how well we listen to and treat our bodies. With this Vital force, we have the power to heal and recover from illness and disease, and to witness this life in an energized, strong, and humble fashion.

In my practice, I aim to only use regional and homegrown herbs, and give thanks and offerings to Nature. Nature provides all the tools we could ever need to live our best lives and I believe it is crucial to live in a way that reciprocates the generosity of nature in order to restore the gifts she gives for, without her, there would be no medicine.

My Story

I was blessed to have spent my childhood on 12 acres of country land, living in a straw-bale house that my family built. Our land offered us winter streams, summer meadows, and endless avenues for creativity and imagination. We gardened daily, tended animals, and explored the woods. Whether I was smearing native clay all over my body, planting seeds in the garden, taking the compost to the chickens, or going for a walk in nature, I always wanted to be close to the wild.

When it came time for me to leave home and go to college, it became painfully clear that I was not on the right path. As soon as I got a taste of the rat race, I developed a yearning for a life more entwined with nature. I dropped out of University after one year, started working on an organic farm and further explored my passion to live off the land in harmony with the Earth. Not too long after, I found herbalism and decided to attend the Acorn School of Herbal Medicine. After immersing myself in clinical herbalism, I found massage and realized the power of healing the body through touch. From that point on, I have lived grounded in knowing that I am living the life I envisioned for myself since childhood.

When I’m not actively working on my business, I am hiking or running with my two dogs, paragliding, tending to my house and small garden, or mixing up magic in my Apothecary. This kind of personal and professional diversity helps me keep the wheels of life moving.

I strive to offer a deeply healing space where the stress of day to day life can be left at the door and the pursuit of living an ease-full life aligned with your passions and dreams can be pondered. The human body is our only vehicle through this experience on Earth, I am passionate about making it a pleasurable, magical, and rewarding adventure.

I am here to tend to your body in a non-judgmental way and give you the resources you need to be aware, trusting, and resilient along your journey.
